I suffered from chronic shoulder pain for many years - a result of sitting down 8 hours a day. I sought relief from remedial massages but it kept on coming back. I decided to give yoga a try and signed up for Sab's online classes. I committed to attending 3-4 sessions and did a couple of private sessions to get my alignment and postures corrected. After 4 weeks, I noticed the pain was gone! Even my massage therapist noticed that my back and shoulder muscles were no longer as stiff as before. Yoga was the only thing I did differently and I was amazed by the change it has brought to my overall well being. Thank you Sab!

I've been doing yoga with Sab via her livestream yoga classes since April 2020, during the first Covid lockdown in Melbourne. From my first class I was hooked - I love that I can just roll out of bed, roll out the mat and be practicing yoga in the comfort of my own home. With at least 5 classes to choose from each week, the livestream schedule has allowed me to finally commit to a regular yoga practice - something I've never really been able to do, despite going to yoga classes on and off for over 20 years!

I book my classes for the week ahead on a Sunday night, which keeps me accountable, and as a result I usually do 3 yoga classes a week with Sab - making the monthly membership extremely good value. Sab is a great teacher, very down to earth and offers a variety of classes, some slower paced, others faster paced - the balance across the schedule is spot on. Thank you Sab for offering such a great service and for bringing out the yogi in me - my 'at home yoga space' has become my most favourite place!

Sab's classes are a welcome relief after a long day of sitting at my desk. Online means that I can attend regardless of what's happening in the world and the livestream allows for feedback on technique. There is also a pre-recorded library to fill gaps in my timetable. Sab is friendly, professional and real. These classes have definitely boosted my sanity and health over the last year.

I started practicing with Sab in the early days of lock down and immediately loved her classes! Sab makes yoga uncomplicated and the movements are so easy to follow with her guidance. Up until this point I hadn't developed much of a practice and always felt like I was "doing it wrong". Now I'm more focused on moving in a way that feels good and having fun with it, and that's because Sab is always reminding us that this is what yoga is about.

I would recommend Sab's classes in a heart beat! My practice has become so much stronger thanks to her awesome guidance and my body always feels amazing after all the stretchy goodness that we do in every Sab class :)

I've been lucky enough to take several private and group classes led by Sab recently which have left me feeling very zen! Sab provided adjustments to my postures and alignment that have totally transformed my yoga, something that I've not experienced with other teachers for years. Her classes are flowing and dynamic, with a strong focus on connecting breath to movement, and they can be as challenging or as gentle as you want them to be. While working from home, I especially like her focus on mobility as I’m at my desk most days, and I can tell my strength and core are improving as she provides a great range of difficulty in her classes. I met Sab when she ran a free yoga class at our local park. I loved it so much I arranged for her to run a class for myself and my girlfriends at our accomodation on my wedding day. Sab was super organised and easy to communicate with, arrived promptly on the day and even provided mats for everyone. She did such a wonderful job keeping us (me in particular) calm and present and created a beautiful energy for the day. We all loved the class and it was the most blissfully wonderful way to start the most incredibly perfect day (she even took great photos too!). Highly recommend!
